The seat and venue of arbitration will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and the language of arbitration will be English. The arbitration award will be final and binding on the parties.


Interim relief and enforcement. Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement above, either party may seek interim or emergency relief, or seek to enforce an arbitral award, before the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, which will have exclusive jurisdiction for such purposes.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
