With over 6 years of experience across India, Canada, and the United States, Vaidehi brings together a unique combination of civil engineering, project management, construction delivery, BIM/VDC, and digital construction expertise.
 

A PMP®-certified professional with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering – Project Management from the University of Calgary, Canada, Vaidehi has worked across the complete project lifecycle — from preconstruction, estimation, procurement and planning to BIM coordination, construction documentation, project controls and delivery.
 

Her international experience spans commercial, industrial, logistics, residential and institutional/capital projects, giving her a practical understanding of how projects are planned, coordinated and delivered across different markets.
 

Building Experience Across Borders

Vaidehi began her professional journey in India, working on large-scale industrial developments including an Amazon Fulfillment Centre spanning approximately 60,000 m² and a 40,000 m² warehouse project. Her responsibilities included preconstruction, estimation, procurement, BOQ development, tendering, cost control and multidisciplinary project coordination. She also developed and managed 16+ multidisciplinary tender packages, while improving documentation workflows that reduced scope-identification time by 20%.
 

Her career then took her to Canada, where she gained hands-on experience in construction delivery and project management. At Delnor Construction Ltd., she coordinated a $6 million ICI construction project, managing construction documentation, RFIs, change orders, progress reporting, stakeholder coordination and change management.
 

She also contributed to a 510,000 sq. ft. premium two-tower rental community in Canada, supporting procurement, tender reviews, RFI packages, cost estimates and project coordination.

At the University of Calgary, Vaidehi worked as a Project Management Specialist – PMO, supporting complex capital projects through project planning, governance, procurement, cost and schedule control, risk management, stakeholder coordination and executive-level reporting. This experience strengthened her ability to look beyond individual deliverables and understand the broader mechanics of successful project delivery.

From Construction Delivery to Digital Construction

Alongside traditional project management and construction experience, Vaidehi developed deep expertise in BIM and digital construction.
 

Her work includes architectural and MEPF BIM modelling, BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, LOD 300–350 development, construction documentation, architectural detailing and multidisciplinary coordination.

Her international project experience includes a US commercial warehouse, involving architectural and MEPF BIM modelling, LOD 300–350 coordination, clash detection and utility coordination, as well as a US residential project involving construction documentation, architectural and MEPF BIM modelling, architectural detailing and MEPF coordination.
